The Company grants Customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Customers may not reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the Services without prior written consent.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Ensure use of Services complies with applicable laws.
  • Not upload harmful or illegal content.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for Services are outlined in proposals or order agreements. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, content, and software remain the exclusive property of the Company. Customers retain rights to their own content but grant the Company a license to use it as necessary to provide the Services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. The Company may suspend or terminate Services immediately if the Customer breaches these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudia Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
